"Prices feel a bit too high"
I found the same backdrop cheaper somewhere else, so it didn’t feel worth it to me. Had one of those “why is this so complicated?” moments because I expected the pricing to be more straightforward.

"Wrong size showed up"
My order arrived, but the backdrop wasn’t the size I selected. The quality seemed fine, but I needed it for a shoot, so it was a frustrating and avoidable hassle. Support did get back to me, just slower than I would’ve liked.

"Kind of a hassle to move around"
The backdrop itself looked fine, honestly. No big complaints there. But carrying it around was more annoying than I expected. The stand and bag felt bulky, especially going from one shoot to another. Packing it all up wasn’t as quick or easy as I hoped. Not the worst thing ever. Just a pain.

"Wrinkled right out of the package"
It showed up already wrinkled, and even after letting it hang for a while, the wrinkles didn’t really come out. Not sure if it was packed a little carelessly or what, but it definitely didn’t look fresh when it arrived.

"Still waiting on the refund"
I asked for a refund a few weeks ago and I’m still waiting to hear anything solid back. The service itself seemed fine, so I was hoping the refund process would be a bit smoother. Support has replied here and there, but it’s been slow overall.

I ordered this backdrop for a small setup I was putting together at home, it just wasn’t the quality I expected. The material felt kind of cheap right out of the package, and once I hung it up near the window to check it in decent light, the colors looked a bit off compared to what I thought I was getting. It might work for something super casual, but for my use, it was disappointing

I ordered this backdrop for a booth, and when it showed up, it was actually smaller than the size listed. So yeah, it kind of threw off my whole setup, which was frustrating. i don’t think I’d take the chance on it again

"Felt like I overpaid for what I got"

"Not many designs to choose from"
I was disappointed with the design options. I was expecting to find a good variety, but most of the choices felt really similar to each other or just didn’t match my style at all.
I spent way too long scrolling through everything and still couldn’t find one I actually wanted to order. For a site like this, I really thought the selection would be better, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"A little torn at first, but they made it right"
I’ve usually stuck with another backdrop brand, so I was already kind of on the fence trying these guys out. When my backdrop showed up with a small print issue, I was annoyed and thought I’d made the wrong call. I emailed them, though, and they got back to me quickly and sent out a replacement. It took a few days, which was a little frustrating, but they handled it fairly. I’m still a bit loyal to my usual brand, but after how they fixed this, I’d probably order from them again.

"Showed up right on schedule"
I ordered a backdrop for a small shoot and was half-convinced I'd be pacing by the door all day wondering if it would make it in time. But it showed up exactly on the day they said it would, and the box was in good shape too. The tracking updates were a little slow, like they were moving through molasses, so I'm taking off one star for that. Overall though, the delivery was reliable and saved me a lot of stress.

"Not really stain resistant"
I’m not sure if I did something wrong or if it was just the material, but it got stained on the first day. Disappointing.

"Pretty frustrating to use"
Trying to use the site on my phone was a pain. The menus were confusing, everything felt clunky, and checkout took way longer than it should have. Whoever runs this really needs to make it easier to get around.

"Print came out blurry and dull"
I ordered a backdrop the print didn’t come out looking good at all. The colors were kind of flat, and a few spots looked blurry, like the file got stretched or resized wrong.
I wasn’t expecting nothing flawless, but for what I paid, I really thought it would look cleaner. It just doesn’t feel professional enough to use, and I’m not gonna lie, I’m annoyed about it.

It wasn’t terrible, but getting everything to look right took me longer than I expected. I’m sure I had it mostly figured out after a while, just wish the setup had been a little smoother.

"Looks great in photos"
I was really happy with how this looked in pictures overall. The color and texture show up nicely on camera, and it gave the photos a clean, polished feel. There were a few slight wrinkles, but nothing too noticeable once everything was set up.

"Return process was easy enough"
I had to return a backdrop because I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and overall it was a smooth experience. I filled out the return request, got the instructions by email, and sent it back without much hassle. The refund took a few days, but that felt reasonable. Customer service also got back to me when I had a question, which I appreciated. I’m giving 4 stars because I did have to cover return shipping, but otherwise I was happy with how it went
